How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

Hi everyone,

 

We recently got our 3 hens from a local breeder. We know that Nellie is a Black Rock and Lucy is a lavender Araucana, but we don't know which breed Bella is. We saw her mother and she lays white eggs, so I'm presuming Bella will do too, but that is about the most we know about her. Her mother is also quite a small hen.

 

 

 

Does anyone know which breed Bella is?

White eggs would indicate a White Star however if they were more cream than bright white then a Coral! (I have a Coral)

Looks like red ear lobes there, so no white eggs, and more likely to be a coral nick

She looks like my Coral who lays large pinkie/beige eggs. Coral's are a leghorn hybrid similar to White Stars and have the very upright tail, although Coral's tails are smaller, I think.

I think they are bigger than White Stars and less flighty.

I have an Amber link who looks like your girl, but she is much daintier than your girl. Ours is the most friendly, cheeky chicken you can ever meet!!! Beautiful girl you got!

Looks like she is a Coral then, I've seen lots of pictures of them and they look a lot like her. And the fact that she just flew of 7ft over our back fence and into the neighbour's garden! She's back safely now though. We were not expecting it. Will be clipping her wings as soon as I manage to catch her again!

I have a Coral Nick (Flossie) and she looks just like that and lays large, near-white eggs.

 

Her earlobes have gone white as she has got older and she is also less tame and more flighty than my other girlies. If I don't keep her wing clipped she is always the first to escape!
