teri
They're stunning, I love the Frizzles. I hope they're both girls for you I think number seven is a frizzle as well, although it hasn't fluffed up. I would like a boy though as I'd like to try my hand at breeding them....watch this space! teri
they're not ugly! what type/colour of chook is racing stripes? all i know is that he, i think its a boy, is either a smooth frizzle or a chaucer bantam. not that this is any help because no-one has ever heard of chaucer bantams and the frizzles could be frizzled versions of anything!!!! i don't really mind what he is as he is a stunner and a really friendly chappie! i'll keep the pictures updated.....we just have to wait and see!!! he was named by my six year old son as when he was first hatched he had two distinctive white stripes down his back:

teri
I see what you mean tara! how old is yours now?? I got the eggs from a farmers auction and they just had frizzle written on them! since found out that the frizzle gene can occur in any breed so no idea what i've got! the eggs were pekin sized and a pale beige?
