Omlet called today to say that the eglu would be collected by 4pm.

 

 

It wasn't.

 

 

Called Omlet and it was finally collected at 5ish, so no eglu of fate.

they should seriously be offering you come compensation for making all these mistakes, whether it was their fault or the couriers, ultimately it's their responsibility. tsk tsk.

It would be nice. The worst thing was that the cube didn't come with the extra grub and glug I ordered and there were no egg boxes. I asked if I should open up the eglu to get them out of there and Omlet said yes but there was a load of hassle.

again not your fault at all, and you shouldn't be expected to wait in (or your dad wait in) for this item like you have had to, it stinks to be honest, they really need another courier.

That's not good service at all isn't it. I agree with the above comments about being compensated for all the hassle!
