Oz my Light Sussex chick hatched 3 March 09, has laid her first

 

I wasn't expecting it so quickly.

 

It weighed 36g and would you believe it was a double yolker as well!!!!!

 

Very proud to have hatched an that then grew to a lovely who has now laid her first . Circle of life and all that.

Hey! many congratulations, that was quick.

 

I have 2 girls of 15 weeks that we bought and 1 rooster of same age who i hatched myself. It is amazing seeing them grow up isnt it.

 

I am looking forward to my first eggs from Holly & Ivy, they are light sussex, rir crosses
