Sarahsausage Posted July 21, 2009 Share Posted July 21, 2009 My girl Rita seems to be either ill or egg bound, she's fluffed up, very quiet and subdued and her bum is sort of straining as if she's trying to lay an egg or do a poop. She usually lays every day but didn't yesterday or today.....unless she's trying to now even though it's a bit late in the day. Any help or advice would be appreciated! beach chick Posted July 21, 2009 Share Posted July 21, 2009 when Paris was laying (or trying to) a softie, I put her in a cardboard box indoors on a hottie - worked so well that I picked her up, congratulated her on what she'd produced and then she dropped another one on my foot! if you havent tried this trick could be worth it - maybe you'll get some sleep?
