The Dogmother
I love White Stuff clothing, so was grabbing the scissors when I saw a coupon for 15% off in a Sunday mag a few weeks ago, I noted at the time that it didn't have an end date on it. It festered in my bag for a while until I needed to get a frock for a party. Not sure about the voucher, I checked with an assistant on the way in; assured that it was valid, I tried on and chose my party frock, when to the cash desk where I was told that they'd 'had an email' and that the coupon wasn't valid. Annoyed, but with no time, nor inclination to go looking for another outfit, I paid and left. Just the other day, I emailed White Stuff, attaching scanned copies of the receipt and voucher. A prompt email back assured me that it IS valid and the mistake was with the staff at the store (which they will rectify for me). I should be getting 15% back in the post any day now. I am now impressed with them again Hooray for good customer service.
Scramble
ooh well done I love their clothes , is it a nice frock? 15% - that's good, I've always thought that their customer service was very reasonable It just proves that a query is good

The Dogmother
Thanks Scramble, can't see it on their site now Egluntine, I think that they just didn't know, so used the default answer If I hadn't been in a hurry, I'd have argued the toss. Doubt we'll have the weather to wear that frock again this year

Jules.
Great news You've been a very loyal customer of theirs over the years I only own one White Stuff item- a wrap-over top I spent over an hour in the Keswick shop last week trying things on ( sale items, of course!) and found the sizing all funny for the tops- some size 10 tops were too small, & some size 12 buried me. The many skirts I tried all fitted lovely, but in the end I just couldn't decide & also couldn't justify spending nearly £30 on a skirt- I'm going to keep my eye on ebay for bargains
The Dogmother
I only have a few things Jules.. all bought in sales. I had been lusting after this dress though and was waiting for it to go in the sale, good job I didn't as I can't see it in their online sale. I find the sizing odd too; the tops are usually too small and the bottoms are large
ubereglu
That's good to hear about you getting the 15% back-it looks very nice too. I find their sizing weird too, with most of their clothes being huge.
