gosh, HellyWelly - that's quite an endorsement, even though you've 'sacked' Flylady! Must admit I read it once and thought 'not for me'. Maybe I should try again.

 

I actually have a cleaner, my problem is more the rubbish and paperwork I accumulate, and one of my goals this year (still far from being achieved) was to be more organised. I think this will only happen when I lose all horizontal surfaces, because if there's a table, worktop, bookcase or even a chair, I manage to put something on it.

 

However, having grown up in a house where, if my mother cleaned up, we all asked 'Who is coming to visit?' I don't think I'm doing too badly.
