I think it may be that Orps on their own don`t perch as they are not bright enough to contemplate the world any higher then their pretty little empty heads. Now I have Saffy, the CLB who is bouncing and flapping all over the place, Gin, my Splash Orp has gotten it into her head that she should try a bit of that! Que a very fluffy and buxom chooks flappy her stumpy little wings trying to get onto the eglu run......she is ok with a 100m run up!
