4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Urban Chickens are holding an auction on Sunday, which is an ideal opportunity to find new homes for Aloo, Pesh and Keema. It's getting a bit fraught in the WIR which means the big bullies are picking on bottom-of-the-pack Poppydom a bit more than they should. Also keep thinking I hear the beginning of a crow

 

Hopefully the three of them will sell so that the five girls will have a bit more space each. Pesh and Al are so tame though, I shall miss them lots I even got a cuddle from Keema at bedtime last night. Need to prepare them some sale crates... will try and get piccies when they're in them (and whinging).

Oh, I've just come back from the auction and I saw them there. The looked lovely birds (though I can't remember if they sold - sorry, terrible memory) and the boxes were great - with all the deatails on.

 

Didn't buy anything myself (prudence was with me) - perhaps next time .

Thanks! There was a real mix of birds there - I fell head over heels with those Sebrights.

They had perches and everything - spoilt chooks, huh?

 

The legbar and grey serama went... Keema has come back home with us - and DH wants to get him some girlfriends so he doesn't have to live with the big'uns He's now sketching out plans for a bantam house and run while I wave goodbye to another quarter of my miniscule garden!
