carrie Posted September 1, 2009 Share Posted September 1, 2009 For 13 years we have been going to Isle of Islay for our hols, a lady there does Batiks and runs one day courses, every year I have said I will do it but never got around to it. Except this year, I did a course and made a silk batik of a poppy, a cotton batik of Fuschia and a silk painting of an Iris. I was so impressed and very pleased with myself Has anyone else done Batik and how realistic is it to do it at home on a small scale?
