As I have not been on this forum for over a year I would love to catch up with old friends and new and SOOOO ...............would love to know what one (or two) outstanding (nice) things have happened in the past year in your life???

 

Mine would be going on my dream holiday to the Maldives staying in a water villa but also finally realising that "the ultimate result of all ambition is to be happy at home" (quote Dr Samual Johnson).

 

So have a think and lets share the nice things that have happened....................

OOOh Jules that sounds fab- where did you go?? I've always fancied doing that Titanic thing- arms out at the bow end !!!

I went to Norway to the Fjords with my mum for a week

 

I got back last Sunday

 

You can't go to the bow end though & do a Titanic- it's where all the mooring ropes & capstans are & other dangerous things

No and we didnt have chickens before we moved either we started with three chickens last October a week after we moved house

I've only been here for 6 months, so you haven't met me before.

 

The best thing that has happened to me is getting my girls, started with a cube and 4, now have a walk in run and 10, the bug hits you and hits you hard and fast

Hmm, my best thing in the last year ... I was going to say 'getting a woodburning stove installed' but then I thought again. The best thing I've done in the last year is to start having singing lessons - it is so much fun.
