I have seen reflective collar strips and jackets etc but I want something that is always on not just when some light reflects off it. Anyone for any ideas? Guest Posted September 19, 2009 Share Posted September 19, 2009 I think we need something like this for Mille - its pitch black round here NO street lights and whilst I've been happily letting her out in the garden before bed I think I'll have to be risking my neck when the nights draw in properly - Dog will probably be fine and it's me who'll need a flashing collar!
