There was a statue of a walking man outside the infamous Egg Box (!) town hall extension in Sheffield (Now demolished)...He usually has a cone on his head and a spliff between his lips. It always made me laugh!

 

I'm now wondering where the statue is since all the changes in that particular area.....Chocchick...Maria...any ideas??
