I have just had some fencing put up for the girls to have more freedom when I am at work (and to not have to come up and poop all over the patio when I am home!)

 

I haven't gone for a walk in run as I am keeping the two eglus and runs in there - pics will be along later.

 

However, I want to put a skirt around the base of the fence to deter Mr Fox. I have plenty of the netting left over that I can use, but I am a complete numpty and am not sure what I can use to nail/staple it down. Any ideas anyone??

You could use slabs that match the patio, or plant pots to make it a bit more colourful?

 

Could you use tent pegs?

netting pegs or building in lugs otherwise known as fish tails something like this they'll last longer than plastic netting pegs

i used tent pegs for the skirt when i had an eglu run- worked fab! eventually the grass grew through and when i sold it it took me about an hour to rip up all the grass to remove it
