You can use winrar (a bit like winzip). I ordered the hardback of 'Dead and Gone' (book 9) on the Book Depository website day before yesterday for £6.47....... AND IT ARRIVED TODAY...... YAY...... so my Christmas reading is sorted. I didn't realise that 'Eric' was played by Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgard .... and that he's the son of Stellan Skarsgard (from Mama Mia...... another of my favourite DVDs).
