jsbates65
The Cube is now available in the US. . .and I am trying to decide if I should upgrade to the Cube. Thoughts???? I only have 3 chickens, so probably don't need the Cube, but they like to roost up off the ground and the Cube looks like it has that. However is it worth over $1000.00 to upgrade. I saw a YouTube video that showed the Cube leaking terribly. . .?? I will take any advice. . . John in the US
Space Chick
Hi John, Hello from the UK. I live in South Wales which is famed for its rain, and my cube has never leaked (she says touching wood ) It is so easy to clean, and I am delighted with it. I suppose the question is do you have $1000 spare to get it Let us know what you decide, also us Brits love so see pictures of chickens, so feel free to post some pictures of your girls Debs
chick wiggle
Hi John I have a wooden house and a cube and I have to say the cube is far and away the best. Definately no leaks here. If you,ve got the 1000$ (and it sounds an awful lot in $s ) I would say definately go for it. Cleaning is (almost ) a pleasure, its so easy! Plus, room for more chickens! Let us know what you decide

jsbates65
http://club.omlet.co.uk/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=213083 This is Rosemary & Clarisse. 2 1/2 years old. Just got a 6 month old Buff Orpington (?). . .she is lovely and intros are going pretty well. (don't have any pics in the gallery yet) I know I don't NEED the cube with only 3 hens, but like the looks and the extra space. Especially with winter coming on . . . Even though it's a lot of money I would gladly spend it as I love to spoil my girls. . .just want to hear experiences with cube/eglu. . . thanks

Chook n Boo Mum
For what it's worth, I am very happy with my THREE cubes.....enough said ?!! Welcome to this side of the pond, and you do indeed have 2 lovely girls...we're waiting for the Buff Orpie to put in an appearance....some of us on here are very partial to a lovely Orpie girl in any colourway Sha x
bellekatz
Hey John, been a while since we heard from you! I would say with a Buff Orpington you really REALLY need to upgrade Omlet do say the eglus are not really big enough for a buff orp - my baby buff who is just about 6 months old now is taller than any of my other girls and not even fully grown yet. But very cute and fluffy. A cube is ideal as the entrance is much bigger for them. ( and you could always get another one!!) I am on my second cube now and neither of mine have leaked - I think it is only a small percentage that have been faulty. Go for it - you know you want to really

Hope things settle down quickly for you ( in their new cube )!! Jayne
