Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 10

Recommended Posts

Howdy all.

Still no internet access apart from OH setting this up - and he uses it mostly, I have been given special permission to use it again. Had his cousin up from Bournemouth this w/e and we had a great time. Yesterday went to a farm sale (didn't bring anything home) but we were hoping for a Piggy of Fate - it took a liking to Erin and was all on it's own. A dear baby KuneKune - ginger and black spots. I also had a good scratch - hear the little thing grunt with delight! When we headed back to the car it was busy burrowing under the wire. Heartbraking it was - thought about it all night. We saw lots of chickens, all sorts and a Polish Frizzle. Madam was too busy after the lavender Pekins.

Today Sioux is being a very bad girl, jumping on Apache's back and ripping out feathers. She has been squirted with water and put in a sin bin. She's whinged non-stop too. Poor little Patch. They have been frontlined, wormed and dusted for good measure. Apache's new feathers are coming through nicely now, although still some raggy ones left - but she looks a little pale. Nipping onto the other health thread to see what else can be done before a trip to the vet.

Fine, cheers! :D I have lots of emails to catch up with - grrrrr!

Murray's cousin came to visit - she rides a really meaty motorbike - should see our nosey neighbour rush to look - harrrr! Well we both drove the others out by watching Most Haunted on Saturday. She said all we need is the morris dancers on the floorboards now, and blow me down, they flipped to a moment when one of the ladies screamed, freaked out and did a little dance - then the delayed funny dance with the bald guy further in the shadows. Poor girl had hysterics and so did I - well there's your morris dancers! Then we had to replay it several times. Best part of the programme!

Then I upset his lordship by saying MIL was NOT coming for Christmas. He was quite rude about it, but I stood my ground - I did say his dad was very welcome though.

Oh and we're back to bad mood boy because he has broken up with GF and ever since we have heard arguments on the phone - I don't think he can take the hint at all. Such a pity because it was going so well and he had been so happy. Garrghhh!

What else? Apart from BT. First time Murray phoned they didn't understand him so he called again and told the woman that the broadband box wasn't working. Is it switched on? Yes. Are the lights flashing? Yes I've told you they are flashing red and green. What is it showing now. Red green red green red green red green.

He said he didn't think she was amused by that - but that was what it was doing. So she said she'd order a new one to be sent. Will the post strike affect delivery? No. Friday comes and no delivery (too late on Wednesday to expect it on Thursday). Saturday and no delivery. Monday and no delivery. He rings again. It hadn't been dispatched. We had a bit of blue air in here! So they said get one and they'd reimburse him for the inconvenience. I think we can expect a long delay there too.

How's you Em?

Erin said she had 60 odd emails to go through - she had loads of rubbish and ended up with just 2 proper ones! Haven't done that yet though. I keep hopping back and forth to do her Cafe World - it had food gone yukky with lots of little flies and green gunge dripping over the place! So she's building it all up again - and this is what I have to do to keep it going while she's watching High School Musical 3 - Arghhhh! Thing is she was watching it earlier and I caught myself smiling at it - eeeeeek! Murray's watching Reading upstairs (bet they're losing - I can't hear any cheering).
