If you would like a copy of the pattern just let me know, it is a bit tricky at first but only woks over a 6 row repeat so once you get used to the pattern it knits up really quick and only takes 100g per scarf... They said their fleece is 50 times stronger than sheeps wall - so it will be a last a lifetime scarf. Tracy I knew it was strong, but I didn't know it was that strong. That sounds out of my league I'm afraid. I'm a very novice knitter. I'm going to do a scarf in Knit one row, pearl one row! Then I shall be progressing slowly. THanks for the offer though. Seriously that wool looks totally amazing, and I LOVE the texture of it. I paid about £10 a ball for some similar textured yarn last year. Kudos. I need to do a bit of research, because I have no idea at all how much I should be asking for it, or what kind of quality it is. I know the fleeces are good quality, but I dont know if hand spinning leads to a lower quality yarn, because of using more of the fleece, where as machine produced yarns would get rid of some of the bits of fleece I actually include in the yarn. If you followed that??? Maybe I will start a thread asking peoples advice Dear Omlet moderators; I know I'm not to advertise on here; I'm not doing that, I'm just researching.
