Rhapsody you are worse than my daughter... I didn't know that was possible!!!!

In this household, we have OH who used to be the top gear fan, then DD1 stole the title!! She knows things about cars I wouldn't have learnt in a hundred years, quotes Jeremy Clarkson regularly, give me advice when I drive, and goes misty-eyed when she sees 'hamster' (I hope she won't read that or she'll kill me)... she has watched so many re-runs of the series, and still is never bored with them...

So yes it's big excitement here too, with DD1 obviously recording things so she can watch over and over and over, and as Dr Who is on tonight too (my misty-eyed moment), chinese delivery is on the way!!

@ Ziggy. Just casually mention to your daughter that I was followed in a traffic queue by Hamster in leather on a motorbike when they were filming last series will you I'm not a stalker (much), I live just down the road from the TG track

My DS (12) is a mega-fan too ....he's at boarding school all week & when he's home once everything is done that needs to be......on goes Dave for as many re-runs as he can manage ...I have to admit that I've roared with laughter on many an occasion to the shock of the hounds

 

He hasn't gone back tonight as he's got a temperature & not feeling 100%, he asked if he could go to bed early & get up later for TG ...am I a rotten mummy to say no, record it

Can you watch it on t'interweb Paola, I'd have thought it would appear on BBC iplayer....DS has just said he's watched previous episodes on there, so worth a look

A friend in Vietnam has tried it but it did not work Will give it a go.

I let my son watch it in bed, but it is silly to have something that youngsters love to watch scheduled for 9pm on a Sunday. He also has re-runs on Dave almost permenantly
