Recommended Posts

Seraph quire singeth

Angel bells ringeth

Hark how they rime it

Time it and chime it

Verse 2, old spellings not bad spellings!

I Know, I Know :D but I supose that is cheating as I gave it to Chickvic in the first place :D

First line

"(Title) , and a cold and frosty morning, (title) good morrow masters all."

How about this one:-

O ye, beneath life's crushing load,

Whose forms are bending low,

Who toil along the climbing way

With painful steps and slow,

Look now! for glad and golden hours

Come swiftly on the wing;

O rest beside the weary road

And hear the angels sing!.

I don't think anyone's answered this yet. It's 'It came upon a midnight clear', one of my very favourite carols.

How about (and I don't think this is difficult):

Ring out those bells tonight,

Bethlehem, Bethlehem

Follow that star tonight

Bethleham, Bethlehem.
