Chook n Boo Mum
I went in to Lakeland yesterday & tried to buy mini muffin cases with no success......any idea who sells them now please ? Sha x
Charlottechicken
Do you have a Home Bargains nearby? They have metallic Christmassy ones in at the moment, Dr Oetker branded ones, in packs of 100. Otherwise, it's down to the supermarket
Chook n Boo Mum
I looked in our local Tesco & they don't have the size I want..........cake cases yes....massive muffin cases yes..........petits fours cases yes....mini muffins no ......... I'm too far south for HB unfortunately, I'll just checked their website & there isn't a shop within 50 miles of me, so not really cost effective to travel for MMCs Thanks for your message, my search will continue............ Are you not using them for truffles this year then ? I didn't think of ebay and the other site looks a possibility, I would go the silicon route if my mini muffin tray wasn't an almost brand new Pampered Chef number Sha x
Mrs Webmuppet
I may not do the truffles this year. I'm popping into town today I can have a look in Lakeland for you and see if they have any if you want.

Mrs Webmuppet
Hi, I popped into Lakeland, they didn't have any but the sales assistant did some research.........they have been out of stock for several weeks ( she suspected a supply /quality control problem) they are due into the Lakeland HQ warehouse this Friday and should be in store next Thursday or Friday. She suggested that if you contact your local store and ask nicely they will put some aside for you to pick up and give you a call to let you know when they have them instore, ( I have used this system myself and it saves a lot of hassel). I can send you some of mine in the mean time if you want.
Chook n Boo Mum
Thanks for that info MWM, I'll give them a ring, they've done this ordering system for me before & it worked well...I've no plans to make muffins in the next week or so, but do like to keep some in stock for when I do. Thanks for your kind offer, I'll just go with the shop order, though if it goes pearshaped I may come back & ask again Sha x
