Alis girls
Very tired after long shift yesterday at work. This morning OH couldnt find walking boots and whose fault was it - well mine of course - till he found them in the car where HE'D left them of course . Mine retainer to my brace had broken - had 2 bits of wire sticking out of top gum - couldnt eat. Finally having left kids and rushed to Lidls to get a few bits of food and then to orthodontist to get gob fixed found someone had smashed into back bumper of my banger. Cursing to high heaven I was surprised when a voice said "Is this your car?" and nearly replied that I wasnt in the habit of packing groceries into strange cars when this friendly guy said he was sorry it was his car had skiddedm on ice into mine. We exchanged details and I took photos and thanked him for stopping as its rare these days. on plus side retainer fixed Guy stopped - hopefully honest and nice as he seemd mad aunt phoned to say dont buy brussels as she'd got some! Big weight off my mind that So as you can see there is an postive person in this negative body. bah humbug everyone

Olly
I'm a mad aunt too! I have seven nephews and nieces (ages from 36 to 19) and four great-nephew/nieces. They all think I'm slightly bonkers (she keeps CHICKENS!). I love being able to spoil them, not having any children myself. sorry you've had a bad start to the day, but the fact that that guy stopped and gave you his details would redeem the whole day for me - so many people would just have driven off and not bothered. docsquid
I am already one! Yes, me too! Neices and nephews all think we're completely deranged. They all do proper jobs, we muddle along with our menagerie and wildlife! Glad the guy stopped and gave you his number. There are nice people about. Good luck with the brace, and the sprouts

WarrensWorld
1, Fell on the bad knee arthritis. Whoooo pain. 2, Down the Vets with Molly the JR, infected toe. 3, The monitor on the desk-top went belly up. I'm using the laptop, but I don't like it (screen to small). 4, Had to get Garry and his tractor to tow the car up the hill because of the ice, (why did I sell the Landy). 5, The door as fallen off one end of the poly-tunnell. Hinges snapped. Well it is Christmas, if the Suns over the yard-arm (can't see it fog). I'm going to have a very Bloody Mary...... It will help numb the pain. A Very Happy Christmas Everyone. Valkyrie
Plenty of time to make a cake - seeing as we accidentally scoffed half of ours today. Mum made it for Christmas but we brought her here today in case we can't get out again. It was all hot so as soon as we got in it was tea and cake. Oops. Guess what mum will be doing tomorrow in our kitchen?
