Don't tell my Mum, she'll do her nut when she finds out I'm adding to the zoo!! A guy at work has a 6 month old and an 18 month old - both females, one's a dwarf lop, the others a dutch and he' giving them away - with a run AND a hutch AND food, AND bedding, because basically they're not getting any attention at his house and he want's them to go to a family home! So, haven't told the children, picking them up on Sunday before I go to work!!! I'm sacrificing the veg patch near the house and putting down chicken wire, then turf on top, the run will go on that then they're well secured in and near enough to have lots of cuddles!! I used to have a house rabbit but he bit through the fish tank wire and died so I won't have one in the house again. They need a bit of handling as they've been sort of left to their own devices. SO excited!! Will be Googling rabbit care to remind myself what to do later!
