francesca88
This is about as far as my hens would venture away from their coops this morning! My Maran and Speckled Star not looking to happy about the cold - My Gold Star decided to be brave and venture around the back of the coop! And then three of them discovered the only patch of ground in the whole garden that hadn't been snowed on! docsquid
They are lovely. The Silver Laced is a beautiful girl. Mine did similar - demanded very loudly to be let out and then went 2 feet under a bush outside the run door and stayed there
Sarahsausage
Aah they are gorgeous girls! Do they always sleep in the same coop or do they do swopsies each night?
francesca88
Aah they are gorgeous girls! Do they always sleep in the same coop or do they do swopsies each night? I do tend to get six in one coop, and two in the other! I move them all around though - I don't want the two on their own to get too cold in this weather!!
