abwsco
Griffin, am sorry to read about the late email for Boris but glad you've found a home for Pamela. Dinner sounds like a strangled cow mooing at the moment when he crows and could still be heard through the uncovered Go. Infact, DH heard him in the road around the corner when he was on his way to work but he didn't think it was a loud noise although I'm not sure what other people will think. Can't find my camera lead either
Patricia W
I've given up worrying about Phillip. He seems to be have been accepted by the neighbours - in fact, I suspect that they, like me, have got so used to the early morning crow that we sleep through it! We're now known as the family with the cockerel... bit eccentric but harmless. Tricia

We're now known as the family with the cockerel... bit eccentric but harmless. Tricia Tricia, we're hoping that will happen to us. Dinner has been quite vocal during the day but I made a point of listening to his crowing from the covered Go this morning. It was loads quieter than the flaming seagulls that were around and also loads quieter than the dog from across the street that barks every morning as it runs down the road on the way for it's walk. That was happening at 8.15 this morning and I'm sure it disturbs everyone. DH says we're going to wait and see if we are contacted by the council before despatching him, if that is our only option.
