MadAboutChooks
Just wondered if anyone had tried the above pellets with the flubenvet already added, they are available through a company called S.P.R.Centre?
Christian
I thought that Layers pellets with flubenvet pre milled, was only allowed to be sold to breeders? I thought you needed a license?
The Dogmother
You do need a license to sell it, which is why it's hard to come by.
Jools
I think the problem is with the shelf-life. Pelleted food doesn't normally have a use-by of more than a couple of months, so it'll be out of date before you need to use it again. Unless you're worming with Flubenvet monthly (not that's not what I'm recommending!), in which case it may be worth trying. Certainly takes the hit and miss out of mixing the powder. The Dogmother
'In the old days' lots of backyard chicken keepers used to buy a sack of the Flubenvet pellets and split them between 2 or more users to get them used up by the sell by date
