chick wiggle
A few of my chickens seem to have a cold at the moment, sneezing and runny noses. im giving them citricidal and getting either lifeguard or nutridrops, which do you think is best? So, are their eggs safe to eat while they have a cold? Dont want to pass on any germs
Ain't Nobody Here
Not something I've ever considered . I would imagine they're OK to eat .

Ain't Nobody Here
Sorry, Sandie, I've no experience of either .
chick wiggle
Me neither, they both seem to do the same job tho just want a miracle cure all
Redwing
I would give Nutridrops administered in porridge (as recommended by Claret) for a few days then lifeguard for a cople of weeks to get them back fighting fiit Yes its safe to eat the eggs provided they arent on antibiotics
Lewis
Should be fine me thinks Out of lifeguard + nutri-drops, I'd buy nutri-drops

chick wiggle
Thank you very much, both of them it is then Poor little things, i feel they have been very neglected just lately and have only had a bit of freeranging on a weekend, i feel very guilty, but hopefully they'll get better and be fine soon. Thanks again
Space Chick
I would also say nutri drops. I also have 2 girls with the sniffles at the moment too. I'm eating the eggs Although, I do routinely give them lifeguard too, regardless of whether they have the sniffles or not.
Egluntyne
I rate Lifeguard. No reason why you shouldn't eat the eggs.
