Lewis isn't sure if he's bought the right roof fixings now They're meant to be the right ones for the plastic we bought, but I don't know if they'd lift it up a bit and let rain in ...

 

I got these

and they have a spacer, so you'd use it with the 'up' of the curve, rather than down like:

Could always not use the spacer so its flat up against the wood? Any ideas

you use the space barrel Lewis that cushions it and the screw screws into that tightening everything up the little cap then pops on sealing it

 

is that what you mean?? sorry heads woozy with these pain killers..

Looks right to me Lewis, just you have a spacer to use on the 'up' bit instead of the 'down' bit. As long as it has the cap so water cant get it, and i can see it does, then it should be fine

I was expecting to do it on the downs so it was flat against the WIR, and just have a cap with no spacer

no you dont drill through the low bit ever, because thats where the water runs and hence will then drip through the screw holes etc.... only on the up bits hence these little barrel spacers
