Hi. I hope you dont mind me starting up a new thread for this. I run a mini help group on weight-watchers and generate weekly meal plans for people with special dietry needs (I have coeliacs desease so can not eat wheat or gluten).

 

I have made a nice collection of recipes which I thought you might be interetested in (most hardly take any time at all to make)

I posted something similar, asking if anyone knew a fat free recipe for a cake. I vaguely remember someone inventing one, but have no idea how they did it....any ideas?

 

I'd be interested to know how many points your carrot cake works out at (Does that mean I have to be strong and only 1 slice though?!)

have you tried pavlova?

 

you could whip up some egg whites with sweetener untill its stiff (use the yolks to make lemon curd or mayonnaise).

 

you could then spread it onto a baking sheet and bake till crisp.

 

coat in fat free yogurt, sprinkle with raspberrys and strawberrys...

 

roll up.. then maybe dust with grated chocolate???

 

apart from the chocolate.. its completly free with no count!

Wow - will have to try that out.....i'm not good with baking stuff, I could do with some practise, and even better if I know I can eat it after I've slaved over it!

Some lovely recipes there Kaz.

 

Veggies might be interested to know that (last time I looked ) Philadelphia Light is not vegetarian but Tesco's own is. The only time I buy it is to make a dip by adding grain mustard - great with carrot sticks and apple slices.
