Griffin
I've been trying to sex the Wheaten Marans today. Boys have darker wings than girls. Girls don't have black on their wings but can have grey. I can't decide which have black or grey, it's not really clear So far I've decided I've got one of each and two I'm not sure about. Definite boy: And the girl: Idunno number 1: Idunno number 2: Then we come to Tigers babies. The three definite boys left for the great chicken coop in the sky last Friday There were two girls and two I wasn't sure about. Today I'm doubting one of the girls And one unknown is definitely a boy now Little boy mottled frizzle: I thought this was a girl but for almost five weeks I don't like the redness in her wattles: 100% girl but haven't a clue what colour because she's not what she said on the tin I change my mind about this one on a daily basis. What do you think? It's the scruffiest of the lot, might be a wheaten, might not: Finally Nellys babies, both boys I reckon

The Dogmother
Of those 2 'dunnos', the 2nd one looks to have slightly darker wings. Lovely babies though
Egluntyne
I'd guestimate that the Idunnos might both be girls. Lighter than the definite boy, and much less face furniture. As for the others....Idunno.
Griffin
I'm beginning to think you might be right, three girls. That'd be fantastic! He's definitely got a bigger comb, the other three have no combage going on at all. He was the first to hatch and even allowing for the fact he's a good three days older than the fourth to arrive he's still much much bigger. Three girls would be unheard of, I only hatch boys
