First lets talk about the news , I came 3rd with my silkie and didn't get any where with the orpington but i bought a pair of gold seabrights there ! The hen was not entered into the show but the cockerel was and he got first place I also bought a orpington bantam cockerel there to go with my hen ... Redwing Posted June 2, 2010 Share Posted June 2, 2010 they are lovely, the Sebrights in particular are very nice, lovely clear markings I'm surprised you didnt come anywhere with the Orpington, she is a lovely hen - dont let that put you off though! midori Posted June 2, 2010 Share Posted June 2, 2010 Well done! I have never sho0wn chickens but I show dogs and used to show horses and the feeling when you get placed or win is amazing! I am new to chickens so no clue what I am talking about, but the Seabrights look gorgeous, I haven't seen them before. Good luck with your eggs!
