Mrs Webmuppet
I've done my family tree on my Mums side of the family...........I found out what happened to my Grans estranged family and have gained a whole load of relatives I never knew I had. I found that the skeleton closet was overly full ( more a walk in wardrobe full of skeletons). Our local church has started a family history club and I had to do a presentation on my family tree the other week, I was a little nervous of standing up in front of all those people, knowing that my Greatgrandfather had married 4 times ( at least one of those marriages was bigamous) and had also lived in sin with another lady. He had had 3 children with my Greatgrandmother before he made an honest woman of her! Fortunately the audience saw the funny side of it all. yvonne
Thanks so much for posting this link Miffy, it prompted me to pick up an old tree I started work on ages ago. Just wanted to bump it up the board as the free access is tonight during the England game. (Think I've managed to prove a family claim of a link to William Pitt the PM) Tee Hee.
