ISCA
I went to a Craft Fair today at Bovey Tracey, Devon and had a lovely time (thank you kannie for the tickets!). One of the potters had some wonderful hen sculptures... http://www.orchardpottery.com/hens.html The ones he makes now are more textured and look even better. He was working on one today. The glaze he uses is so crisp and a vibrant red. I couldn't resist so got a couple on order. Once he has made them and sent them I shall post a photo. Just thought some of yu hen obsessed folk might like to see...or even get one

Christian
They are stunning. I am sure I saw his things at Hampton court flower show last year The hens are lovely, but pricey. You get what you pay for though and they are handmade.
ISCA
He does have a stall at Hampton Court and will be there again this year. They are expensive but he spends hours and hours on a single hen so actually they are a bargain! I am getting a sitting hen and a pecking hen, they look good together and a single hen would get lonely!
