Wales were dismal against the All Blacks though this weekend, although they're playing again in Hamilton next weekend, so fingers crossed they can put up a better performance.

My Dad was a huge rugby fan, but I wasn't that bothered until I came here and everyone is into their rugby. Love it these days

It's a busy sporting day/ night for England today. The England rugby team are currently putting up a good show against the Maori All Blacks in Napier...fingers tightly crossed that they get a decent score. Then at 2am England will be playing somene in the football World Cup. Hubby & son getting up to watch that one .

Personally I'm far, far more interested in the rugby.....and can't help wondering which team will put up the better effort . I guess we'll all know come the morning. That is if the rugby match even gets reported over there amidst all the World Cup hype

Well they won the One Day International vs Australia at cricket yesterday too (albeit thanks to a great innings by the very Welsh-sounding Eoain Morgan)!

He's Irish! But he must have Welsh blood running somewhere in his veins. At the Rosebowl too - I confirm it was blinking hot here. At least they must have had a bit of sea breeze in the stadium. So much more refined than footie.
