hunkydoory
It's a nice day, so lots of washing done and the OH thinks I do nothing all day except chicken watch But today I had an unusual helper! I was happily pegging out the 'smalls' when I noticed a certain chicken literally 'high tailing' it across the garden with a' 'smallish piece of pink spotted fabic in her beak!!!!!! Not sure if she had fished knickers out of machine (which is just inside the back door) or if I had dropped them on the 6 stride walk to the line - but yep, she had pinched a pair and was not going to give them back. So after a Benny Hill style chase around the garden I recovered said knickers! One of those moments when you curse not having a camera about your person. Think chicken is spending too much time with the dog Pecky serves me right for letting the kids name 'em[/size] Cookie Totty knicker nicker Plus one mad red dog - RED (kids!) not sure if he think he's a chicken or if Knicker nicker thinks she's a dog

Mollie333
This sounds so familiar! The good times. We'd had cheryl for just over 3 weeks now, she sneeked into my neighbours garden and pinched the Old ladys knickers! She was running around the garden making sweet noises. Betty chasing after her with a brush. Ahh I miss Cheryl the Turkey.
hunkydoory
What did she think she was going to do with them ? Well, having recently been de-knickered by our bad girl she probably wanted to stop the draft It's really something isn't it..... they spend most of the day pacing the wire to get out of the run but the phantom knicker nicker spends most of her day trying to get back in - despite the bully!! Plum
Yours are really crazy but yes whichever side of the fence they are, they always want to be on the other. Not always with knickers in their beaks though
