Exercise is good for you

I knew I was right all these years :wink:

 

I had, however, forgotten what a good bit of exercise can do to lift your mood and make you feel better. I've been a slave to the winter months far too long, and even going to the gym was depressing in the dark. Now the lighter nights are here, and warmer days, we've been out and about walking. There is nothing like a good brisk walk to blow the cobwebs away, and to get some sunlight to your skin. The longer days are such a welcome relief.

 

I'm sure I'm waking up with a spring in my step now. Anyone else feel this?

Me!!!!! :D

 

Apart from this morning when i was awake at 5.30 and wanted to be asleep - I could hear the cockerels crowing and Jazz chewing her new bed - again :roll: I wanted to kill all of them :evil:

 

but......... it is a beautiful sunny day here and I can't wait to get out into the garden :D

Definatly, I find my mornings so difficult in winter when you have to get up and it's still dark for an hour at least, and coming home in the dark makes me feel like a pit pony :(

 

Much nicer now :D

Our two were doing a bit of warking this morning too Lesley. I would have thrown my pillow out the window at them if it hadn't have been so comfortable. I wonder if Jazz was dreaming of a a juicy bone....:lol:

 

But, yes, it is a beautiful morning isn't it. Makes such a difference. Hope you have a lovely day :D
