Where we stayed on the first night... Me driving the boat... Matthew and I in the rowing boat... Matthew, Peter, Hannah, Mike and I... gooner.girl Posted April 13, 2007 Author Share Posted April 13, 2007 GO FOR IT CHELSEA!!! We had a smashing time! It takes a while to get the hang of driving the boat - you turn the steering wheel and it takes the boat at least 5 seconds to move in the direction you have turned it! (we had some fairly hairy moments zig-zaging down the broads on the first day! ) but you get the hang of it relatively quickly! Whilst inside wasn't particuarly luxurious, its fine for a few days and its very relaxing ambling up and down the river... Lovely scenery - had never been to that part of the UK before - loads of windmills and reeds lining the banks - so many different types of ducks and other types of waterfowl as well! Saw some seriously cute ducklings and cootlings(?) Anyway... back to the footy! "Ooops, word censored!"nal - Bolton - double points! I don't know what to predict!!! Only Joking Em, although this is a football thread, I have to say WE NEED MORE MEN! We need more men cos other then Phil (and lets face it, he likes dressing up in womens clothing - we've seen the princess pics - so he doesn't count ) the boys are rubbish!!!! Emma is already predicting accurately Martin! Spot on Em! You deserve at least 10 points for that - or we could just dock some of Martins points instead for being cheeky - but then that would probably leave him with a minus score!
