I've only ever seen powder and it comes in 2 strengths - the weak stuff (contains 1% of the chemical) is in a 60g pot and you need 6g per 2kg of feed so it's enough to dose 20kg of feed. It costs about £15 online or I saw it in my local Countrywide on Sunday for £20!

The strong stuff (2.5% of chemical in a 240g pot) was withdrawn from sale to domestic keepers last year but has recently been allowed again, as long as you don't sell the eggs and it comes from an approved supplier. Not only is it 2.5 times as strong (so you only need 2.4g per 2kg feed) but the pot is 240g so you get 4 times as much! So instead of dosing 20kg, it'll dose 200kg of feed - ten times as much for double the price.

I ordered my 2.5% last night - hope it turns up!

:D

PS Hope my maths makes sense!
