Tina C
We planted some tomato seeds in pots on the windowsill back in Feb. We have ten plants and we have a tomato on one of them already! Lots of flowers on the others too. At this rate they will be ripening before I get a chance to get them outside. We almost did the tomato dance - you know, its like the egg dance but indoors. Tina C
I am sure everyone else's tomatoes will catch up! Mine will probably wither and die or drop off or something. I am still excited though (obviously I don't get out enough)

Tina C
http://club.omlet.co.uk/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=13004 Photos now in gallery. Including chickens looking a bit surprised that the tomato wasn't for them.... We have some more on the turn now (I do of course inspect them every hour, sad or what). We are off on hols in less than 2 weeks - and we are taking a couple of tomato plants with us. With our purple VW campervan AND our own suspicious looking plants we really will look like wannabee hippies. The house sitter is looking forward to polishing off the rest! Tina C
We no longer have a tomato. Layla ate it. She said it was 'a little bit sweet and VERY juicy'.
