Rhapsody Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 This is a really easy superfast dish- even carnivores like it! You will need 1 pkt chestnut or button mushrooms 2 leeks (or1 pkt sliced) 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 small tub Creme Fraiche (sour cream if you cant get) 2 tbsp soy sauce (Kikkoman's if you can get it) Olive oil Black pepper Wipe and quarter the mushrooms and sling in a pan with leeks halved along length and sliced. Add a good shake of olive oil and 1 crushed garlic clove stir on meduim heat until mush start to soften and colour and leeks have wilted. Chuck in Creme Fraiche and stir. Add soy sauce and blackpepper and 2nd garlic clove Allow to simmer on low heat for 5 mins DO NOT COVER Its ready!
