Ain't Nobody Here
The day before we went on holiday, Maisie got a prolapse . I got in a panic but hurridly bought some pile cream and my lovely chicken (and dog) sitting friend (ex-nurse and animal daft ) looked after her at her house in half an Omlet run plus pet carrier. She managed to get Maisie back to full health . I returned Maisie to her friends, worrying that they might pick on her as she'd been away for a fortnight . I needn't have worried - she marched in, took control with a peck here and there, they all crouched or ran away if she came near them and an hour later, they were all best of friends again . Patricia W
That girl has presence! I'll have to remember that your friend is the expert on prolapses- not experienced that yet (fingers, toes etc crossed). But I can report that I am now an expert on red mite!
