2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

I placed my first ever order with them last Wednesday and it still hasnt arrived. I have been in phone contact with them every day and they are being fantastic, its the courier company that is causing the problems. They have re-directed it 3 times, it has been found damaged twice within the depot, once they had located it. Flyte so fancy have sent out 3 parcels so far. I am really hoping it comes today because I am beginning to get fed up. I was wondering if anyone else is having problems too?

That's such a shame. I use FsF a lot (at least once a month), and I've never had a problem. Order one day, arrives the next.

 

Please don't let this experience put you off using them again.

Have you asked for the tracking number and name of the courier, You can tracking the parcel online.

Thank you WitchHazel. That is why I ordered from them because I had heard good things about them. I will order from them again. It is just really frustrating. I can just imagine FsF dreading another call from me. I do feel for them as its not their fault.

Thank you Lillybettybabs. FsF have been in contact with the courier company who misdirected it to the other end of the country, then lost that parcel, FsF sent out a new one and they misdirected it again, yesterday had a call from the courier company saying they mislayed the package but found it and it was damaged so contacted FsF and they were going to send a new one and assured me it would arrive today. Fingers crossed.

Its arrived Woo Hoo. Have phoned FsF to let them know it has arrived. They were so pleased and very appologetic. Told them it wasnt their fault.
