Is your dog's unusual barking a secret code for something mysterious?

A bit of an odd question really but I'm considering putting my netting in the washing machine. It's very muddy and looks awful. I haven't used it in ages and am considering it for part of the garden again. I do abuse my washing machine quite a bit but since a disaster with a rug (how was I to know the backing would disintegrate and block all the pipes!) I've been trying to be more careful.

Why not just jet wash it when it is in position?

Jet washing is your safest bet, I think you may damage your machine and netting.

I bought a jet washer about five years ago. It's still in it's box

I wouldn't machine wash it - it has steel strands so it can be electrified; can't see that going down too well in the machine!

 

As the others have said... jet wash it.

I'd jet wash, or just roll it up and chuck it in a big tub trug/bin full of soapy water

I think I'd be inclined to just put it in place and let the rain do the trick?!! (but obviously I am not a domestic goddess).

but seriously, does it really NEED washing? maybe if there are leaves and spiders' webs clinging on a good sloosh with a hose would do?

I have to say that I have never washed mine, but then it stays in place and isn't moved - any dirt just helps it to blend in
