abwsco
Now I have NO IDEA how good these are but Sainsburys have the Fogarty ones at £20 each. I however am being good and resisting as we really don't need new pillows and I think DH will go mad if I buy them!
Lesley
We don't need new pillows either so I'll wait to see how good they are...... I thought you were going to say there was a problem with them

Charlottechicken
I'd like to try one of these, don't suppose there's free delivery?
abwsco
I'd like to try one of these, don't suppose there's free delivery? Only on a £50 spend or some stores do a free to collect. This is the reason I've not rushed in.
Daphne
Snazzers has a 5p off a litre of petrol if you spend £50 promo on which ends tomorrow but only instore I think. You could think of it as an extra discount! Well I am if I manage to get there tomorrow
Charlottechicken
I've just checked which stores offer click and collect, none near me unfortunately
abwsco
I've just checked which stores offer click and collect, none near me unfortunately It's the same for me and I know even if they do have them in some stores there will be none in ours as it's small
abwsco
Well, I still haven't bought any but did find some wool pillow protectors on M & S and as I also found a 10% code it would have been rude not to order them 'Twas a far cheaper option than two new pillows that we may not get on with. Angie
Thank you abwsco, I do have a click & collect, (these are firm pillows and are the cheapest around.) I do need new pillows and have been watching the prices of wool ones......Ssssooo i may just take advantage of the savings.

Angie
Oh guess what ? The pillows have arrived...... No smell, same cotton cover as duvet with the wool mark on them.....not crinkley at all. Not too squishy like fibre and surprisingly supportive, much more so than Down. I will be sleeping with them tonight........tell you what their like later. bearing in mind i have arthritis in neck and spine so it will be interesting.......just love the duvet though. Space Chick
So Angie.... How did you sleep?
Angie
Sleep????? Who wanted to get up , i was very comfortable and i slept .......wait for it..... 7 hrs , on just the one pillow ...yes the wool one and was extremely comfortable. Just wondering if i should get another ? Why did we stop using wool blankets ? for thoses silly Duvets ! Going back to wool may seem utterly crazy but they are so cosy and comfy. I had a tropical episode in the night but managed to stay in bed without dripping much more pleasant. Still no heating on in the bedroom and the electric blanket is still in the box. .................. I'm having an early night tonight..hehehehe

Lesley
If anyone finds the larger sized pillows would they let me know? We have the wide ones for Superking if we can get them in America but had to make do with Kingsize last time. OH loves his wool duvet, I'm still getting used to the crackling noise. As I get up 2 or 3 times a night, I'm very aware of the noise it makes. I've recycled OH's synthetic duvet into extra padding for the dogs box duvet - mine is in with the spare bedding....just in case....... Angie
My down Duvet is in a large storage bag in the loft.I need to get rid of it really as it is well past its use by date. I too have to get up in the night (medication makes me need the loo.) but there is no crackly noise with my duvet, new sheets have made more noise. And the pillows are silent, My OH is on leave at the mo and has taken to the wool quilt like it were second nature. He even said ' Why hadn't i bought one when i first thought of them over a year ago ?"...Erm...Cost ...i told him..... Had to point out that thanks to the Omleteers i saved a bit of money. Again the Omleteers have found the pillows at the best price around. .....So Thank you everyone.
