Lesley, I have a spare 'basic phone' if you want to borrow it - it's one of those ones with large buttons though as it used to belong to my elderly neighbour. I am just hanging onto it in case something happened to my current 'emergency' phone, but was thinking of getting Phil to stick it on ebay.
