Hi

 

I want to buy a good pair of heat resistant oven gloves (in the past I always end up getting burnt as the heat comes through)

 

Any recommendations please, I just looked at some called Cool Skins?

I like the bog standard ones from Lakeland.

Those ones that you actually wear that look like woollen gloves are the best really, especially for grip. But they aren't very pretty. The silicone mitts are better looking & come in really lovely colours. Me, I have a set of chicken potholders from a fellow Omleteer - or I use my chicken cheapo ones from Wilko's.

Coolskin gloves work reall, really well.

They are a lot of money (compared to standard oven gloves) but you're able to me so much more dexterous with them.

as I am very prone to burning my arms and these come up very high
