Today that has meant, in practice,- taking a service, leading school assembly, having a meeting re possible fencing for play area in churchyard, talking to a new mum, talking to a bereaved gentleman in his 80s, filling in too many forms, being prepped for a radio interview, writing an article, looking at detailed plans for big development in the parish, arguing with my diary.......It's now 3.30 and I'm doing some more desk stuff til a couple come to talk about their wedding plans.

It's definitely never dull!
