Why is it that teenagers and older children make my life so hard. I am at the bottom of the pile at home. I cannotdo right for doing wrong and spend a lot if time treading on egg shells. OH can do no wrong and it would be nice to have his support sometimes. Sorry for the moan . . I think I'll feel better after a good nights sleep.

Are you the only female by any chance in a house of males? I am OH, 15 and 9 yr old boys and its a mans world. I frequently let them have it verbally when i feel they have ganged up on me - go for it girl - sisters are doin it for themselves and you have sisters on here for support

It's not just when there are boys. My main challenge is DD. OH will say - "She's fine with me." But then he never has to deal with her in the mornings!

From watching friends daughters they seem to wrap daddies round their little fingers and mum is the enemy. Oh for a quiet life - probably get bored though

It could always be worse - our hen (sadly now deceased), Kent thought she was above my girlfriend in the pecking order!
