tracyann
Well, I'm so excited, my chicken coups have arrived, they were delivered yesterday and I have someone coming to put them up for me today. I now have a feeder and drinker.... Now going to a different place to look at some hybrids, I found somewhere that had 16 week old chooks and a better price and prettier hens. I'm really excited that I am getting my girls on Tuesday.... Mum and Dad are even excited about getting some hens, has given my father who is ill with Parkinson's Disease and heart failure a new lease of life, all he's talking about is when he kept chickens as a boy (he's 82) and that he wants a red one... My Mum want's a black one, I want speckledy..... I'm going to be a nightmare when I get my first egg. Friday - three days and counting Love

Calamity Jane
oooo how exciting, good luck choosing. Both my elderly parents are brought to life talking about my chickens, brings back happy memories for both of them. My mum hardly leaves her house, but will always pop round to see my chucks !! Its lovely.
