Tiggy
well we finally gave in, a VERY large tom cat has been visiting us since the summer & no matter what we tried he got in and stayed in. The local vets dont know him he isnt chipped, add in the local paper did not identify him so it looks as if Thomas is staying My 2 girls are not chuffed at all, Molly (ex ferral) you would think would look after herself just screams at him & Tiggy (the real one) growls and avoids him but nothing keeps her away from her food bowl it seems to be calming down a little. He desparately wants to be friends with them an miaows pittyfully each time they tell him off. He dosnt seem to go anywhere else, is on the spare bed every morning when we get up and back again when we get home, he is a lovely friendly thing that has grown on me, so its a 3 cat house yet again

Olly
He sounds gorgeous! I'm assuming he's been neutered and isn't an entire tom? Good on you for taking him in, sounds as if he's made himself at home.
Seagazer
Ah lovely, I hope they all settle down together soon. What colour is he?
Tiggy
the vet had a look at him, he is neutered, and has had dental work done so has been well looked after, cant imagine the owner has just left him SIL thinks maybe the owner was elderly & died or moved away. He is enourmous but has lost a little weight recently just as well. He has tried so hard to be friends with my girls but they are having none of it, but even a truce & ignoring him will be OK. poor fella being picked on by those little girls
Tiggy
Ah lovely, I hope they all settle down together soon. What colour is he? Ive never seen a cat this colour before, dark chocolate fur with tabby stripes no white anywhere and a total softy wants fuss all the time, I have to make sure that I cuddle him when the girls are not around

Tiggy
he seems to resopnd to Thomas so thats what we have named him, cheeky devil climbed onto my lap last night just as Tiggy cat came in, she was fine, had a good sniff at him but as soon as he looked at her she growled right in his face (she's 23 !!!!) the big brave boy that he is, ran off & hid behind the sofa
